  Customer service was the best that I have ever had at any auto service. With my trailer and gator in tow passing through town on a way to some outdoor fun ( on a Sat ) with family we stopped Mendota for a bathroom break only to find my water pump was shot. Called ARS about 1030am and was told that they closed at noon and would not be able to get to it until Mon afternoon. I had no other choice, I'd have to leave it and come back when finished which is 1 hour away from my home town. The mechanic stayed late and was able to get it fixed that day instead of 2 days later. We continued north and enjoyed our shooting trip and picked up the truck on the way home....i do not remember his name so Thanks to ARS Auto....
